1. Service-Based Refunds

Refunds are generally not applicable once work has commenced or deliverables have been shared. However, we may offer partial refunds if:

  • The client cancels before work starts
  • We are unable to fulfill the service due to internal limitations

2. Project Cancellations

If a client chooses to cancel a project mid-way:

  • No refund will be issued for the portion of work already completed
  • Future payments for unfinished milestones may be waived (at our discretion)

3. Subscription-Based Services

If you subscribe to ongoing services (like monthly SEO, advertising, etc.):

  • You may cancel anytime with a 15-day prior notice
  • No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle

4. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered in the following rare cases:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Technical issues causing failure to deliver service
  • Accidental transactions (must be reported within 48 hours)
